About Us

Life can feel messy—stress, grief, and transitions can leave you unsteady. At Revive Therapy and Wellness, we offer compassionate, holistic support to help you restore balance and reconnect with yourself.

We blend psychotherapy with chiropractic care, acupuncture, bodywork, reiki, sound healing, and spiritual life coaching to support mind-body-spirit wellness. Services are available in person in Belvidere, IL and online. Psychotherapy, chiropractic, and bodywork are in network with most major insurance plans; and reiki, sound healing, and life coaching are cash-based. We also host monthly Women’s Circles for connection and empowerment.

Wherever you are on your journey, we’re here to walk alongside you.
